My Approach

I specialise in supporting children, teenagers, and women as they explore emotions, identity, relationships, and the impact of trauma. My approach is gentle, creative, and grounded in building safe, trusting relationships where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

I work in a way that is warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental. Whether we are talking, creating, or walking outdoors, we always go at your pace. I aim to help you reconnect with your inner voice, make sense of your feelings, strengthen boundaries, and grow your confidence from the inside out.

Relational Therapy

I offer 1:1 talking therapy, but I also recognise that sometimes silence speaks louder than words. Not everyone can name their feelings straight away and that is okay. I offer a calm, accepting space where whatever needs to emerge is welcomed, at your own pace.

When words are hard to find, I work creatively. Art, colour, movement, and imagery can help express what the body holds and the mind cannot yet put into language.

With children, play becomes the therapy. It is their natural way of communicating, and within play they often tell the story they cannot say out loud. Using therapeutic toys and a sand tray children can feel comfortable in a familiar world.

Together, we move gently to build safety, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that need care and attention.

Groups & Workshops

B&B groups and workshops offer a safe, creative space for young women and girls to explore themselves as individuals and in the systems around them.
Each session is grounded in connection, feeling seen, heard, and supported.

I use discussion, art, movement, and reflective activities to help YWG express themselves in ways that feel natural and empowering. Everything is trauma-informed and at their pace, with no pressure to share more than they want to.

These sessions help build emotional awareness, confidence, boundaries, and a sense of community.

Therapy Walks

Therapy does not always have to happen indoors. Sometimes being outside, moving, breathing, noticing the world around you helps the mind settle and the body soften.

Therapy walks offer a gentle alternative to the traditional counselling room. Side-by-side, at a pace that feels right for you, we explore whatever you are carrying. Nature can make difficult conversations feel lighter, and for many people, it becomes easier to reflect, connect, and speak freely.

There is no pressure to talk the whole time. Silence, observation, and simply being in a calming space can be just as therapeutic.
If the outdoors helps you feel grounded, calmer, or more yourself, walking therapy may be a supportive way to begin.
